An user experienced that his AX client General Journal has Hyperlink(malfunctioning).

I am supporting Dynamics AX 2012 R3 in my organization.

One of from Finance department noticed that his AX client General Journal has Hyperlink(malfunctioning).

Solution:

Clear User usage data

File-->Tools-->Options-->General-->Usage data
